The Property Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the team, property owners and tenants with timely completion of daily responsibilities, including;
general day to day clerical work, contract renewals, marketing duties, handling and resolving complaints and maintenance issues in professional and polite way, coordinates with third party maintenance companies, prepares necessary forms/letters depending on the request , performs inbound and outbound calls, escalates urgent and important matters to the appropriate person, document every calls, making sure all required documents are collected, organized for all closed deals (rent&sale), and provides excellent and high quality service/s to all clients at all times.
